Wojciech Książkiewicz is Country Manager, Poland and Head of Business Development for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). He is responsible for executive oversight of the office, which serves clients in several CEE region countries, including (but not limited to) Poland, Hungary, Romania, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Prior to his current role, to which he was named in 2016, Wojciech was Deputy General Manager and earlier Director, Business Development for the office, leading the development of relationships with new and existing clients in the region as well as creating new business opportunities through product development.
Before joining RGA in 2009, Wojciech was the CEE/CIS region sales director for Generali PPF Holding’s employee benefits, corporate pension and affinity business unit. Previously, he was with Generali Poland for eight years, where he served in various positions of increasing responsibility.
Wojciech has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the School of Banking and Management in Krakow, Poland.
