Simon Dreyer

Simon Dreyer joined RGA in July 2018 as a Senior Health Actuary in the Global Health Team and became Vice President and Chief Actuary of Global Health in July 2019.

Prior to joining RGA, from 2006 to 2012 Simon was a health pricing actuary for a number of South African health funds. From 2013  he headed a healthcare analytics team focusing on provider profiling and quality measurement, and later he led a larger team incorporating risk stratification of insured lives. 

Simon graduated with a degree in Business Science Actuarial Science with honours from the University of Cape Town in 2002, and he became a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and the Actuarial Society of South Africa in 2006.
