RGA's Global Expansion Continues with Opening of Dubai Office to Serve Clients in the Middle East
DUBAI, Sept. 23, 2011 – RGA Reinsurance Company Middle East Limited (RGA Middle East), the United Arab Emirates-based subsidiary of Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA), is pleased to announce the receipt of its commercial license. The license was issued in August 2011 by the Dubai International Financial Centre Authority (DIFCA), and is instrumental to RGA’s participation in the reinsurance and retakaful markets throughout the Middle East.

The Dubai office is RGA’s first office in the Middle East and its 28th worldwide.
