Lindsay Halbach

Lindsay Halbach is a Senior Survey Analyst with the U.S. Group Re Research Services team and supports all group reinsurance product lines. She develops and administers industry surveys and provides support for research requests. Lindsay has an extensive clinical background along with managing and developing absence management, return to work, and payor complex case management programs. Her previous roles include an absence case manager for occupational health and a lead disability case manager. She has both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in healthcare management. Lindsay joined RGA in 2022.
