Isin Ozaksoy

Isin Ozaksoy is the Vice President of Analytics Quality & Ethics in RGA Global Data & Analytics department, accountable for creation and maintenance of AI governance, analytics quality assurance and Responsible AI framework. Prior to her current role, she was appointed to the newly created role of EMEA Head of Data & Analytics, where her focus was on building and executing analytics strategies to create future capabilities while delivering critical business value and facilitating key insights.

Isin received a Ph.D. in statistics (population genetics) from Colorado State University, and a master’s degree in statistics (environmental) from North Carolina State University. She also has received certifications in PROSCI change management and Lean Six Sigma.
