Greig Woodring Elected Chairman of IIS Board of Directors
SEOUL, June 17, 2013 – The Board of Directors of the International Insurance Society (IIS) has elected Greig Woodring, President and Chief Executive Officer, Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (NYSE: RGA) as Chairman of the IIS Board of Directors, effective June 16, 2013.
Woodring, who has served as IIS Chairman-Elect since January 2013, is succeeding Norman R. Sorensen, Former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Principal International, who has served as Chairman of the IIS Board of Directors since 2010.
