David Sipprell

David Sipprell is Senior Vice President, U.S. Healthcare. He manages and oversees all aspects of the Healthcare Excess and Healthcare Turnkey business, with responsibilities including underwriting, marketing, new business opportunities, and managing client relationships.

David is also responsible for RGA's overarching healthcare broker relations program. He has over 30 years of experience in the life and health insurance industry. His extensive leadership experience includes roles as Senior Vice President of Health Risk Management for a life insurer and President of Managed Care and Reinsurance Solutions for a reinsurer. David joined RGA in 2017.
