Security Event Alert

UPDATE – July 14: In the coming weeks, many Aurora customers will receive a written letter from Aurora notifying them of a security event that involved personal information of some Aurora customers. This is related to the recent data security event on the widely used MOVEit file transfer software that PBI uses. PBI is a vendor that is used by Aurora’s third-party administrator to satisfy regulatory obligations in determining whether a policyholder may have passed and to identify any benefits that may be due. Please review the letter carefully as it will explain how to access free credit monitoring and identity restoration services from Norton LifeLock, a global leader in risk mitigation and response.
